AB206

Nevada AB206 repeals restrictions on insurers issuing or renewing liability insurance policies.

Nevada AB206 repeals certain provisions that prohibit insurers from issuing or renewing liability insurance policies containing specific cost-related clauses. These clauses include reducing the policy's liability limit by defense costs, legal fees, and other expenses, or limiting coverage for such costs. The bill removes these restrictions, allowing insurers more flexibility in policy terms.
