Nevada AB194 prohibits the release of 10 or more balloons that are lighter than air within a 24-hour period.

Nevada AB194 amends Chapter 202 of the Nevada Revised Statutes to prohibit the intentional release, organization, or causing of the release of 10 or more balloons inflated with a gas lighter than air within a 24-hour period. This prohibition does not apply to hot air balloons, balloons used in governmental or scientific research, or balloons released indoors.
