Nevada AB193 amends existing law to require law enforcement agencies to furnish free, complete, and unaltered copies of all reports concerning domestic violence to victims upon written request. This bill also authorizes these agencies to redact personal identifying information under certain circumstances. The law applies to any agency, office, or bureau in Nevada or its political subdivisions primarily tasked with enforcing the law.
