Nevada AB126 revises provisions relating to pornography involving minors. It expands the definition of "artificial intelligence-generated minor" to include fictional humans generated through AI with features making them appear as minors. It prohibits knowingly possessing, advertising, or distributing any item or material depicting such minors engaging in or simulating sexual conduct. The bill also updates definitions and provisions related to offenses involving pornography and minors, including expanding the list of offenses that require sex offender registration and community notification.
