Nevada AB115 authorizes the Administrator to rent or lease rooms in the Capitol Building for events and exempts such events from prohibitions on.

Nevada AB115 amends existing law to allow the Administrator of the State Public Works Division to rent or lease rooms in the Capitol Building for events, in coordination with the Museum Director of the Nevada State Museum. The bill also creates an exception to the prohibition on selling alcohol within the Capitol Building for events held under this authorization. Any fees collected from these rentals must be deposited in the State Treasury and used for Capitol Building maintenance. The bill applies existing definitions and regulations to these provisions.
