Nevada AB113 allocates $5,000,000 from the State General Fund to the Workforce Innovations for a New Nevada Account for each of the fiscal years 2025-2026 and 2026-2027. The funds must be used to implement the provisions outlined in Nevada Revised Statutes sections 231.141 to 231.152. Any unspent balance must be returned to the State General Fund by September 17, 2027. The act becomes effective on July 1, 2025.
