Interim study to examine strategies for making Nebraska more attractive to young people.

This resolution proposes an interim study to evaluate strategies, policies, and investments that cities, villages, and the State of Nebraska can use to make the state more attractive to young people. The study will analyze factors influencing young people's decisions to remain in, relocate to, or leave Nebraska. It will include assessments of education systems, housing availability, job opportunities, and community factors. The study will also identify systemic barriers discouraging young people from staying in or moving to Nebraska and may include input from various stakeholders.
