The Nebraska LR406 proposes an interim study to examine the special fund for sites and buildings, also known as the special building fund, that public school boards or public boards of education may establish within their school district. The Education Committee of the Legislature will conduct the study and report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature.
