The study will examine if the current regulatory means are the least restrictive necessary to protect consumers, protect individuals' rights to pursue lawful occupations, and align with the Occupational Board Reform Act. The Government, Military and Veterans Affairs Committee will conduct the study and report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature.
