Interim study to identify needs of youth transitioning between youth rehabilitation centers, adult correctional facilities, and residential treatment.

This resolution proposes an interim study to examine the needs of youth transitioning between youth rehabilitation and treatment centers, adult correctional facilities, and residential treatment facilities.
