Nebraska LR250 proposes an interim study to examine whether power companies should be exempt from the Secure Drone Purchasing Act. The study will also assess if the North American Electric Reliability Corporation's requirements sufficiently meet the act's intent. The Government, Military and Veterans Affairs Committee will conduct the study and report findings and recommendations to the Legislative Council or Legislature.
