This resolution proposes an interim study to examine the organization of the Rules of the Nebraska Unicameral Legislature rulebook. The study may also examine the charts and graphs in the rulebook and which votes of the Legislature require the majority of elected members or the majority of those voting. A select committee of the Legislature, composed of the members of the Rules Committee, will conduct the study and report findings to the Legislative Council or Legislature.
