Nebraska LB98 amends the Motor Vehicle Certificate of Title Act, the Motor Vehicle Registration Act, and the Nebraska Rules of the Road by redefining all-terrain vehicle and utility-type vehicle. An all-terrain vehicle is now defined as a motorized off-highway vehicle that is fifty inches or less in width, has a dry weight of twelve hundred pounds or less, travels on three or more nonhighway tires, and is designed for operator use only with no passengers or for the operator and one passenger.
