Nebraska LB972 adopts the Recreational Vehicle Industry Regulation Act and revises provisions relating to parking spaces for handicapped or disabled persons, license revocations, and various motor vehicle laws. It changes the suspension of operator's licenses to revocation for certain convictions, modifies the display of license plates, and updates the Motor Vehicle Registration Act. The bill also introduces new special interest license plates for various causes and eliminates the issuance of special interest motor vehicle license plates after December 31, 2028.
