Failed·4/17/26
Introduced Text

Allows medical radiographers to use fluoroscopy in collaboration with nurse practitioners in Nebraska.

Nebraska LB936 amends the Uniform Credentialing Act to allow medical radiographers to use fluoroscopy in collaboration with nurse practitioners. Nurse practitioners can manage patient care, prescribe medications, and perform fluoroscopy for procedural guidance. Medical radiographers must complete an approved educational program and pass an examination to obtain a license. The bill repeals the original sections 38-1915 and 38-2315 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska.
