Nebraska LB934 would establish the election of members of the Nebraska Medical Cannabis Commission.

Nebraska LB934 amends the Election Act to provide for the election of members of the Nebraska Medical Cannabis Commission. The commission will consist of five members, one from each of the five public service commissioner districts, nominated at the statewide primary election and elected at the statewide general election. Vacancies will be filled by appointment by the Governor. The bill also repeals certain sections of the Revised Statutes of Nebraska related to the commission.
