Nebraska LB915 would reduce the number of inland port districts allowed in the state.
Nebraska LB915 amends the Municipal Inland Port Authority Act to change the number of authorized inland port districts. The bill reduces the cap on the total number of inland port districts from six to five statewide. It also limits the number of inland port districts within the boundaries of a city of the metropolitan class to one. The bill repeals the original section 13-3304 and replaces it with new provisions.
