Nebraska LB904 amends the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act to require disclosure of Chinese military companies' influence activities. Specifically, it mandates that consultants and lobbyists disclose detailed information about their activities on behalf of Chinese military companies, including acknowledgment that they are acting as agents of a foreign adversary of the United States.
