Nebraska LB892 amends the Massage Therapy Practice Act to require a license for massage therapy establishments.

Nebraska LB892 changes the requirements for the licensure of massage therapy establishments. It mandates that any person operating or attempting to operate a massage therapy establishment must hold a license from the department. The bill also repeals the original section 38-1716, Revised Statutes Cumulative Supplement, 2024, and replaces it with new provisions.
