Adopts the Stand With Women Act, requiring schools to maintain separate athletic teams and facilities based on biological sex.

The Stand With Women Act mandates that schools in Nebraska designate restrooms and locker rooms based on biological sex. It prohibits males from using female facilities and females from using male facilities, except in specific circumstances. The Act also requires schools to maintain separate interscholastic and intramural athletic teams based on biological sex, barring males from female teams and females from male teams unless no female team is available. It prohibits retaliation against those who report violations and requires state agencies to define a person's sex as their biological sex.
