Nebraska LB875 amends the Equipment Business Regulation Act to modify dealer agreements and surplus repair parts return provisions. It prohibits suppliers from requiring dealers to accept equipment or parts not ordered, restricting dealer agreements, or conditioning renewals on business renovations. Dealers can return parts worth at least 6% of their annual purchases, with a maximum return of 100%. Suppliers must provide repair parts throughout equipment's useful life and allow dealers to return surplus parts annually. Suppliers must credit dealers at least 85% of the part's current price.
