Nebraska LB84 adopts the School Psychologist Interstate Licensure Compact, facilitating the practice of school psychology across states. It allows qualified school psychologists to obtain licenses in multiple states without redundant requirements. The Compact ensures that school psychologists maintain their primary state license while practicing in other states. It also establishes a Commission to oversee the Compact, handle disputes, and ensure compliance.
