Nebraska LB832 amends the state's statutes to extend the prohibition on adding long-term care services to the Medicaid managed care program until July 1, 2030. Long-term care services include those provided by skilled nursing facilities, nursing facilities, assisted-living facilities, and home and community-based services. The bill repeals the original section 68-994, replacing it with the new prohibition period.
