Authorizes specific expenditures for Nebraska political committees under the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act.

LB74 amends the Nebraska Political Accountability and Disclosure Act to authorize certain expenditures for political committees. These include operating campaign offices, social events for campaign workers and volunteers, obtaining public input, repaying campaign loans, newsletters, gifts of acknowledgment, and travel and lodging for officeholders and their families. The bill repeals the original section 49-1446.03 to harmonize provisions.
