Nebraska LB715 would require insurance coverage for pre-exposure prophylaxis medication.

Nebraska LB715 mandates that any individual or group sickness and accident insurance policy, hospital, medical, or surgical expense-incurred policy, and self-funded employee benefit plan, excluding those providing limited-benefit coverage, must include coverage for pre-exposure prophylaxis medication for the prevention of human immunodeficiency virus infection. This requirement does not affect deductible or copayment provisions or network incentives.
