Nebraska LB687 prohibits government contracts with companies that discriminate against firearm entities or trade associations.

Nebraska LB687, known as the Firearm Industry Nondiscrimination Act, mandates that state agencies cannot enter into contracts with companies that refuse to engage in trade, refrain from continuing, or terminate existing business relationships with firearm entities or trade associations based on their status. The act applies to contracts between governmental entities and companies with at least ten full-time employees, including firearm accessory or ammunition manufacturers, distributors, wholesalers, suppliers, retailers, or gun ranges.
