Nebraska LB632 requires health care facilities performing elective abortions to provide for the dignified and safe disposition of the remains of aborted unborn children. The remains must be cremated or buried, or, if not possible, disposed of as directed by the Board of Health. It is unlawful for a health care facility to dispose of the remains in any other manner.
