Nebraska LB490 amends the Motor Vehicle Certificate of Title Act to require certificates of title for manufactured homes, mobile homes, all-terrain vehicles, minibikes, low-speed vehicles, and utility trailers sold on or after specific dates. Owners of vehicles sold before these dates may apply for certificates of title. The act also specifies exceptions for certain vehicles, including farm trailers, well-boring apparatus, and trucks used for agricultural purposes. The original section 60-137 is repealed and replaced with the new provisions.
