Nebraska LB469 requires the State Court Administrator to develop a form to be included in residential eviction notices. This form must provide tenants with information about available legal assistance, financial resources, and how to report housing discrimination. The form will be made available on the Supreme Court's website. Starting February 1, 2026, landlords must include this form in all eviction notices. The bill repeals the original section 76-1401, Revised Statutes Cumulative Supplement, 2024.
