Nebraska LB428 modifies school policies to better involve parents, guardians, and educational decisionmakers in schools. The bill requires schools to inform parents about surveys, tests, activities, and learning materials. It mandates that schools provide parents with access to student records and details about testing policies. Schools must also allow parents to monitor courses, assemblies, and counseling sessions.
