Removes nonalcoholic beer from regulation under the Nebraska Liquor Control Act.

Nebraska LB33 amends the Nebraska Liquor Control Act by redefining terms and removing nonalcoholic beer from its regulatory scope. This bill redefines "beer" to exclude nonalcoholic beer, which is defined as beer containing less than one-half of one percent of alcohol by volume. The bill repeals certain sections of the act to harmonize provisions and eliminate regulation of nonalcoholic beer.
