This includes costs for maintaining principal offices, providing office space and facilities for probation staff, salaries and travel expenses of probation staff, and comprehensive information technology services. The state would also pay for drug testing and electronic surveillance equipment. The Supreme Court would initially cover office maintenance costs until the implementation date between July 1, 2026, and July 1, 2027.
