Nebraska LB193 modifies the Committee on Pacific Conflict by changing its membership, meeting frequency, and report requirements. The committee will consist of seven voting members, including the Director of State Homeland Security, the state investment officer, the Adjutant General, and three individuals with knowledge of Pacific conflict threats. The committee will meet at least once every three months and may hold additional or emergency meetings as needed. The committee is authorized to consult with federal and state authorities and experts from research institutions.
