Nebraska LB191 amends the One-Call Notification System Act by updating the definition of unlawful interference with telecommunications, broadband, communications, or railroad company facilities. The bill specifies that willful and malicious actions against these facilities, such as breaking, injuring, or destroying them, are subject to penalties. It also includes willful and purposeful interruptions of telecommunications, broadband, communications, or power transmissions. The original section is repealed as part of this update.
