Nebraska LB160 amends the Barber Act to change the examination requirements for barber licenses. It allows applicants who fail the barber examination to take a second test without additional study. If the second test fails, the applicant must complete a 500-hour course of study before taking the examination a third time. The bill also repeals the original section 71-216.01 of the Reissue Revised Statutes of Nebraska.
