Nebraska LB128 modifies the investigation of railroad accidents by requiring the railroad operator to report accidents to both the state commission and the Federal Railroad Administration within 24 hours. The reports cannot be used in court. The bill also repeals the original section and makes violations a Class IV misdemeanor.
