Nebraska LB1250 allows certain cities and villages to sell waterworks, sewer systems, and water systems to Indian tribes.

Nebraska LB1250 authorizes primary class, first class, second class cities, and villages to sell or transfer waterworks, sewer systems, and water systems to Indian tribes. The sale or transfer must be approved by the city or village's qualified electors at a general or special election. The systems must be located or operating entirely within the tribal lands of the Indian tribe.
