Nebraska LB124 amends penalties for motor vehicle homicide of an unborn child.

Nebraska LB124 changes penalties for motor vehicle homicide of an unborn child. It repeals the existing law and amends section 28-394 to classify the offense as a Class I, II, or IIIA felony based on circumstances. The court must order the person to not drive for at least sixty days and up to fifteen years, with license revocation for the same period. The revocation does not run concurrently with any jail term imposed.
