Transfers money from the Panhandle Improvement Project Cash Fund to the Animal Damage Control Cash Fund.

Nebraska LB1231 would transfer any unobligated money from the Panhandle Improvement Project Cash Fund to the Animal Damage Control Cash Fund. The Panhandle Improvement Project Cash Fund is administered by the Department of Economic Development. The Animal Damage Control Cash Fund is administered by the Department of Agriculture. The bill also repeals original sections and provides for the appropriation of twenty-six thousand dollars for fiscal year 2026-27 from the Animal Damage Control Cash Fund to the Department of Agriculture.
