Introduced Text

Nebraska LB1198 mandates paper tickets for large public events accommodating at least 5,000 people.

Nebraska LB1198 requires any public or private entity selling electronic tickets for large public events to provide a paper ticket free of charge upon request. This applies to events held at indoor or outdoor facilities that can accommodate at least 5,000 people. The paper ticket must be delivered to the purchaser before the event or made available for printing. The Attorney General enforces this requirement, and violators face a civil penalty of $10 per ticket sold at the event.
