Complete·3/12/25

Nebraska LB118 modifies the supervision requirements for pharmacists, allowing them to oversee up to three pharmacy technicians and interns at once.

Nebraska LB118 amends the Pharmacy Practice Act by changing the supervision requirements for pharmacists. It allows a pharmacist to supervise up to three pharmacy technicians and pharmacist interns simultaneously. This change applies unless the pharmacist intern is receiving experiential training directed by an accredited pharmacy program. The bill repeals the original section 38-2866.01, replacing it with these new provisions.
