Nebraska LB1151 would create a regional craft brewery license for breweries producing between 20,000 and 200,000 barrels of beer annually.

Nebraska LB1151 would amend the Nebraska Liquor Control Act to create a regional craft brewery license for breweries producing between 20,000 and 200,000 barrels of beer annually. A regional craft brewery license would allow the brewery to manufacture, store, and sell beer to wholesalers in Nebraska and outside the state. The bill would also allow regional craft breweries to sell to beer wholesalers for sale and distribution to licensed retailers.
