LB113

Nebraska LB113 amends the Nebraska Liquor Control Act to modify licensing provisions for craft breweries and microdistilleries.

Nebraska LB113 modifies the Nebraska Liquor Control Act by changing provisions for craft breweries and microdistilleries. Craft brewery licenses now permit the production of up to 20,000 barrels of beer per year, with the option to self-distribute beer under specific conditions. Microdistillery licenses allow for the production of up to 100,000 gallons of liquor per year and the direct sale of up to 5,000 gallons of microdistilled products. Both craft breweries and microdistilleries can store tax-paid products in secure, offsite facilities with commission authorization.
