Allows operation of all-terrain vehicles and utility-type vehicles between sunset and sunrise under certain conditions.

This bill amends the Nebraska Rules of the Road to allow operation of all-terrain vehicles and utility-type vehicles between sunset and sunrise under specific conditions.
