Montana SB72 would provide presumptive eligibility for Medicaid coverage of home and community-based services for persons with physical disabilities or elderly persons. This coverage includes personal care services, meal delivery, personal emergency response systems, medical equipment and supplies, assistive or adaptive technology, and other services necessary for transitioning from a hospital to the community or stabilizing a patient within the community.
