Montana SB478 mandates that public institutions of higher education pay for medical costs related to specific diseases diagnosed after a COVID-19 vaccination. Covered diseases include myocarditis, pericarditis, thrombosis with thrombocytopenia syndrome, Guillain-Barre syndrome, and any other diseases deemed relevant by the board of regents of higher education.
