Montana SB439 generally revises laws related to voter list maintenance. It requires the clerk of court to share all address changes with the county election administrator. The department of motor vehicles must also share all address changes with the county election administrator. The bill supersedes unfunded mandate laws and amends sections 3-15-405, 13-2-220, and 61-5-115 of the Montana Code Annotated.
