Montana SB418 revises laws to facilitate the operation of home-based businesses. It prohibits local governments from prohibiting these businesses and allows reasonable municipal regulations. The bill defines "home-based business" and "no-impact home-based business," and it amends sections 7-1-111, 7-21-4204, 76-2-304, and 76-2-309 of the Montana Code Annotated.
