SB174

Montana SB174 revises laws to require recreational vehicles and mobile homes to be considered buildings for lease or rent in subdivision reviews.

Montana SB174 amends existing laws to ensure recreational vehicles and mobile homes are reviewed as buildings for lease or rent during subdivision reviews. This means that areas providing spaces for recreational vehicles or mobile homes must meet the same criteria as other buildings in terms of subdivision regulations. The bill revises definitions and provisions to include recreational vehicles and mobile homes under the same standards as other buildings for lease or rent, affecting how these spaces are planned and developed within subdivisions.
