This bill extends timelines for onsite inspections and recommendations when the governor declares a state of emergency in Montana. It allows team members 40 days to recommend denial, approval, or modification of an emergency project. Supervisors have 60 days to review and notify the applicant of their decision. The bill also extends the timeframe for onsite inspections to 30 days during a state of emergency.
